Job summary

Everlight Solar is seeking an Electrician to join our growing Midwest team. This permanent, full-time direct-hire role focuses on electrical work within solar projects and requires a journeyman license, with 1-2 years of electrician experience and preferred solar background.

You will participate in project pre-planning, manage material logistics, and mentor 2-3 apprentice electricians in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Journeyman license required.
• 1-2 years of Licensed Electrician experience (required).
• 1+ year of Solar industry experience (preferred).
• Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in active project pre-planning and job preparation.
• Manage material per job to ensure teams have the correct material and material check-out/check-in procedures are followed.
• Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 apprentice electricians.
