Everlight Solar in Minnesota is seeking an entry-level Electrical Assistant to support rooftop and ground-mounted solar installations. You will assist with wiring, maintenance, and troubleshooting alongside the electrician, with a pathway to a sponsored apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to confidently interact with customers in person and over the phone.
• Thrive in a team environment and contribute to group goals.
• Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Comfortable climbing on roofs using ladders and working from heights.
• Comfortable crawling in attics and navigating tight spaces.
• Experience with solar power is beneficial but not required; on-the-job training available.

• Assist with solar panel installations on roof and ground-mounted systems.
• Assist the electrician with wiring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of residential solar systems.
