Qualifications

  • Ability to read production blueprints, diagrams, and electrical schematics.
  • Proficient with hand and power tools.
  • Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Fabrication of industrial control panels, junction boxes, and solar power skids from established drawings.
  • Level I basic electrical wiring; read and interpret panel drawings.
  • Measure, cut, strip, label, and terminate wire per drawings and specifications.
  • Install mounting hardware and electrical components (PLC components, circuit breakers, etc.).
  • Keep accurate records for time tracking, inventory, and quality; prepare projects for shipment.
