Job summary

Hanley Energy Group is seeking a Jr Electrical Estimator to join our estimating team. The role focuses on data center electrical installations with emphasis on Medium Voltage, EPMS, BMS, and Testing.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver accurately priced solutions and build strong relationships with customers while upholding our high-performance culture. Responsibilities include reviewing documents, preparing quotations, and coordinating with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• A relevant higher education degree and/or an electrical trade background.
• Minimum 5 years relevant electrical experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to pass a drug and background check; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Review project documents, proposals, drawings, and specs to extract scope.
• Identify labor and material requirements from documents for estimates.
• Prepare project quotations in a professional format.
• Develop high-level concepts to meet customer needs and coordinate with teams.
• Follow up on quotations and convert to sales; maintain sales pipeline.
• Provide technical direction on products and expertise; support project delivery.
