Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires BS degree and 2+ years of relevant experience or a Master's with less than 2 years of experience.
• Proficient in CAD and BIM tools for electrical systems design.
• Familiarity with MEP systems, building codes, and security systems.
• Experience with design, development and testing of complex electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex electrical system issues and respond to customer and end-user requests for information.
• Assess functionality of electrical systems and present system vulnerabilities and cascading effects.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and leadership for infrastructure decisions.
• Develop, interpret, and implement software and AI tools for facility condition assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Provide electrical engineering input on infrastructure design, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance matters.
• Provide electrical engineering review of building and facility power distribution, communications, controls, fire protection and fire alarm systems.
• Design electrical systems to support power, communications, controls, HVAC and water systems.
• Perform electrical engineering studies to determine vulnerabilities of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, communications, and security systems.
• Develop standard operating procedures for design, testing, and development of electrical equipment and systems
