Job summary

Pioneer Power Group seeks entry-level Electrical Engineers to join a growing team in a hands-on training environment. You will work with senior engineers on power system studies, modeling with SKM/ETAP/EasyPower, and gaining client-facing experience through fast-paced projects.

Ideal for recent graduates or engineers early in their careers, with mentorship, and a clear path toward professional development and licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or expected graduation from an accredited Electrical Engineering program.
• 0–1 years of electrical engineering experience.
• Coursework or internships related to electrical power systems is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with power system studies and electrical distribution system analysis.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
• Learn to model electrical systems using SKM, ETAP, and/or EasyPower.
• Assist with evaluating protective devices, coordination, and arc flash hazards.
• Help develop recommendations to improve system reliability and electrical safety.
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers and project teams.
• Take on increasing technical and project responsibility as your skills develop.
