Job summary

Bridgers & Paxton is seeking an Entry Level Electrical Engineer to join our Colorado Springs office, supporting electrical design and engineering across projects. You will work on receptacle, lighting, power, security, and telecom systems, developing plans, details, and one-line diagrams, with growth through calculations, specs, cost estimates, coordination, and client interactions.

You will learn from senior engineers, receive mentorship from industry leaders, and contribute to real projects

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree from an accredited engineering program.
• 0 to 5 years of industry experience.
• Fundamentals of Engineering certification is a plus.
• Strong verbal, written, and graphic communication with engineers, clients, and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Support electrical design and engineering in Colorado Springs.
• Develop plan layouts, details, and one-line diagrams.
• Perform calculations, cost estimating, and equipment specifications.
• Coordinate with other consultants and team members; interact with clients.
