Job summary

IMEG is seeking an Electrical Engineering New Graduate in Rogers, AR, to work with experienced engineers delivering building electrical systems design and analysis. You will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and growth opportunities from day one, while contributing to projects in industrial, manufacturing, and MEP sectors.

You will assist with engineering analysis and design, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support project planning to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Strong technical and analytical skills in circuit theory, electromagnetism, power systems, and electronics.
• Familiarity with industry software such as AGI, Elum Tools, Visual Lighting, ComCheck, and Bluebeam Revu.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% and learn within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and analysis of electrical systems for buildings using engineering software and tools.
• Interacts with clients to gather requirements and communicates technical information effectively.
• Build and maintain client relationships through professional communication.
• Support project planning and scheduling to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Document design decisions and monitor progress with senior engineers.
• Contribute to IMEG quality control processes to meet standards.
