TRISTAR is seeking a Junior Electrical Engineer to support NSWC Crane through the full lifecycle of complex electrical systems, from concept through testing, deployment and sustainment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized problem-solver, and team player eager to support critical national defense initiatives.

The role requires US citizenship, an active Secret clearance, and an ABET-accredited engineering degree.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate competent writing and oral communication skills.
• Define electrical system implementation approach and develop models/guidelines.
• Provide technical inputs related to system architecture.
• Support electrical system analyses for total system integration.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate documentation.
• Monitor project team and vendors to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
