Job summary

Dynamics Inc. seeks Junior Electrical and Computer Engineers to contribute to hardware and firmware development for consumer electronics. You will work across product groups to design, validate, and test electronic hardware products while advancing internal and external customer capabilities.

You will gain hands-on experience in firmware development (C/C++, assembly), PCB design, testing, and lifecycle maintenance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Firmware and hardware engineering experience.
• Embedded firmware development in C/C++, assembly.
• TI MSP430 firmware design and implementation.
• Schematic, circuit, and PCB design (Altium preferred).
• Testing and debugging of hardware and firmware.
• Full product lifecycle from concept to maintenance.
• Leadership by example and operation.

Responsibilities

• Develop firmware and hardware for Dynamics consumer electronics.
• Collaborate with product groups, process engineering, design engineering, and automation resources.
• Conceptualize, develop, test, and implement hardware/software features for multiple domain products.
• Drive fast-cycle development, testing, commercialization, and quality management.
