Job summary

Manila Recruitment seeks a Junior Drafter to support Sales Consultants and Project Managers by creating accurate design and technical drawings for commercial kitchen and bar projects using Autodesk Revit.

You will develop layouts, elevations, schedules, 3D drawings, and drawing packages, read spec sheets, revise drawings, and ensure compliance with project requirements and standards. Fresh graduates with Revit training are welcome; a laptop is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year practical experience with Autodesk Revit.
• Fresh graduates with Revit training encouraged.
• Strong reading and writing for documentation and reports.

Responsibilities

• Create preliminary designs in Revit from CAD drawings or hand sketches
• Produce service layouts, elevations and 3D drawings
• Prepare drawing packages for the Sales Team and Project Managers
• Read and interpret specification sheets and technical literature to inform drawing accuracy
• Revise drawings in response to comments and markups from the Sales Team and Project Managers
• Verify drawings are correct to standards and specifications before issue
