Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or above. No experience required.
• Math skills including Algebra and Geometry are essential.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, and basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lays out, fabricates, and assembles a variety of standard and nonstandard tooling and fixtures.
• Performs measurement surveys using photogrammetry, total stations, laser trackers, or other 3-D instruments.
• Uses CAD software for design and preparation of shop drawings and tooling layouts.
• Plans work from tool design drawings or personal designs and sequences operations accordingly.
• Monitors quality in accordance with statistical process controls or other procedures.
