Pay Plan Title: IT Applications/Report Developer

Working Title: Junior Developer – Tier 1

FLSA Status: Exempt

Posting Salary Range: $62,221 - $98,220

Office Location: Remote within the United States.

What We’re Looking For

On a typical day, you might:

  1. Enhance/Support existing business applications
  2. Troubleshoot/Resolve application issues
  3. Implement business rules via stored procedures, middleware, or other technologies
  4. Review project requests describing application user needs to estimate time and cost required to accomplish tasks
  5. Develop reference and workflow documents for documentation purposes
  6. Identify and evaluate industry trends in database systems to serve as a source of information for the Agile Applications Manager, Director of Business Systems, and/or Chief Information Officer
  7. Research and evaluate latest technology and tools as opportunities for innovation and development excellence

Qualifications:

Education/Experience: High School diploma/GED and three (3) years of experience in SQL 2012 or higher. Requires certification. Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree and experience requirements.

OR

Associate’s degree and one (1) year of experience in SQL 2012 or higher. Requires certification. Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree and experience requirements.

OR

Equivalent combination of education/experience.

License/Certification: High School/GED and Two-year degrees require certification. Must have a valid driver’s license.

Preferred License/Certification: Microsoft applications certifications MTA, MCSA, MCSD or equivalent certifications will be accepted.

Location: Remote within the United States.
