Job summary

Kreate is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Junior Designer & Creative Technologist to support our internal marketing team. You’ll design digital ads, product graphics, and supporting materials, while learning new tools, exploring AI-powered workflows, and delivering polished work on tight timelines.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing in Sarasota, you will collaborate across brands, adapt designs for multiple channels, edit short videos, and help shape how we present our products to retailers.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, marketing, or related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong layout, typography, visual judgment, and attention to detail.
• Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Figma.
• Interest in AI, digital experiences, and learning new tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-moving marketing team.
• Experience with video editing or basic motion graphics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design digital ads, social graphics, presentations, sales materials, and other marketing assets.
• Create product graphics, instruction sheets, catalogs, and supporting materials.
• Adapt approved designs for different marketing channels.
• Edit short-form videos, add captions, and create simple motion graphics.
• Support website and landing-page updates and interactive presentations.
• Use AI tools to explore ideas and speed up production while maintaining quality.
• Organize editable files and final assets, follow brand guidelines, and incorporate feedback.
• Collaborate with internal marketing team to bring concepts to final execution.
