Job summary

Kreate in Sarasota, FL seeks a creative, detail-oriented Junior Designer & Creative Technologist to support the internal marketing team. You’ll design digital ads, product graphics, and marketing assets, explore AI-enhanced workflows, and build digital prototypes while learning new tools.

This junior role emphasizes getting hands-on experience across brands, rapid iteration, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver polished work on tight timelines.

Qualifications

• A portfolio demonstrating strong layout, typography, visual judgment, and attention to detail.
• 0-2 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, marketing, or a related field; school, internship, freelance, and personal projects welcome.
• Experience with video editing, basic motion graphics, HTML/CSS, or other digital production tools is a plus.
• Strong interest in AI, digital experiences, and learning new creative and production tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design digital ads, social graphics, presentations, sales materials, and other marketing assets.
• Create product graphics, instruction sheets, catalogs, and supporting materials.
• Adapt approved designs into the sizes, formats, and specifications required for different marketing channels.
• Edit short-form videos, add captions, and create simple motion graphics.
• Support website and landing-page updates, interactive presentations, and simple digital prototypes.
• Use AI tools to explore creative ideas, improve workflows, and speed up production while maintaining design quality and product accuracy.
• Organize editable files and final assets, follow brand guidelines, and incorporate feedback throughout the approval process.
• Collaborate with the internal marketing team and other stakeholders to bring creative concepts from idea to final execution.
