• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating discussions and translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Self-starter with initiative and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder requests simultaneously.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a local point of contact for business stakeholders and Data Services
• Gather, document, and refine business requirements
• Work with business partners to identify opportunities for improved data and reporting solutions
• Coordinate with data engineers, developers, ETL teams, and reporting resources
• Help prioritize incoming requests and facilitate delivery efforts
• Track initiatives and communicate status to stakeholders
• Drive discussions regarding data needs, reporting requirements, and solution outcomes
• Influence solution design by translating stakeholder needs into business and technical requirements
• Build trusted relationships across multiple business functions
