Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with R or Python.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DHS Public Trust.
• Experience with data/hiring or operational data.
• Strong UI/UX capabilities for dashboard development.
• Familiarity with cloud analytics environments (Databricks, Palantir, AWS, Azure, or Google).
• Experience transforming data with R and Python.
• Ability to gather requirements and present to clients.

Responsibilities

• Help clients maximize the value of their data and automate business processes.
• Implement analytics and data science solutions across querying, wrangling, engineering, visualization, BI, and predictive analytics.
• Design and develop dashboards using Power BI.
• Lead and review data cleaning scripts in R and Python.
• Maintain and enhance dashboards and reporting tools for decision-making.
• Balance competing priorities including ad hoc requests.
• Support business development and client services initiatives.
