The role emphasizes process control, problem solving, clear communication, and translating business needs into requirements to support BI reports and automated workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics or related field.
• 0–3 years experience as a business systems analyst or developing BI reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a bridge between business and developers to define processes for BI reports, automated workflows, and governance of data solutions.
• Apply experience in process control, problem solving, communication, and attention to detail to streamline governance and ensure quality while maintaining delivery speed.
• Translate business needs into concise requirement documents and maintain cross-functional alignment.
