Job summary

Medpace is seeking a Clinical BI Intern to join the Insights & Analytics team in Cincinnati. You will support BI projects, partner with IT on data warehousing, and build reports in Power BI, gaining hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization.

You will work under supervision, learn analytics concepts, and contribute to process improvements while developing presentation and communication skills for leadership audiences.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Life Science, Computer Science, or analytics with emphasis on data.

Responsibilities

• Support BI projects to drive business decisions.
• Partner with IT teams as data warehousing and analytics solution provider.
• Create reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Perform data quality audits and ensure accuracy.
• Tasks tailored to experience and abilities.
• Work under supervision of data analysts and Sr. BI staff.
• Take feedback constructively and pursue career development.
• Learn analytics concepts in report generation, data modeling, SQL, and Power BI.
• Develop business understanding through process improvement and communication with leadership.
