Medpace is seeking a Junior Business Systems Analyst to join the Analytics Business Intelligence team in Cincinnati. You will partner with business and developers to define processes for creating, reviewing, and releasing data solutions, with a focus on governance and efficient delivery.
The role emphasizes process control, problem solving, clear communication, and translating business needs into requirements to support BI reports and automated workflows in a fast-paced environment.

As a Junior Business Systems Analyst, you will work with business partners and developers to define the process to create, review, and release data solutions.
