Job summary

Medpace is seeking a data analyst to join the Data Analytics team in Cincinnati. The role partners with leadership and managers across business and IT to deliver analytics solutions that drive value for the organization.

You will develop analytics solutions end-to-end, translate technical concepts for non-technical users, and leverage data, BI, and AI to deliver right-fit outcomes. Mentoring junior analysts is a key component of the role.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience in enterprise data and analytics roles.
Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical users.
Experience coaching and mentoring junior analysts.

Responsibilities

Develop analytics solutions from end to end with focus on value and UX.
Partner with leadership across business and IT functions to deliver analytics solutions.
Coach and mentor analysts to grow the team and capabilities.

Ability and desire to coach and mentor junior analysts
Experience with Microsoft and Snowflake technical stacks (preferred)
Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum framework (preferred)
