Job summary

Medpace is seeking a Junior Data Engineer to join the IT team in an office-based, full-time role in Cincinnati, OH. You will help build and support data pipelines and models that power analytics, reporting, and AI agents embedded in business processes.

You will work with Snowflake, SQL Server, Azure, Python, and ELT tools to deliver reliable data solutions while growing your skills in data warehousing and BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; internship or project experience in data or software engineering.
• Familiarity with dimensional data models and star/snowflake schema designs preferred.
• Foundational ETL/ELT and reporting knowledge with curiosity about business processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines and models powering analytics, reporting, and AI agents.
• Assist with AI-enabled solutions including LLM integrations and data foundations.
• Collaborate on requirements gathering, design reviews, and adherence to data standards.
