Job summary

Blue Water Thinking is seeking a Jr. Data Analyst to support the Integrated Healthcare Transformation initiative for the Department of Veterans Affairs. You will obtain and analyze data with advanced models, develop visualizations, and present insights to management to influence operations and strategy.

Requirements include a BA/BS in a related field and 3+ years of data analytics experience. Proficiency in Power BI/Tableau/Pyramid Analytics and SQL is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional data analyst experience.
• Proficiency in data visualizations using Power BI/Tableau/Pyramid Analytics.
• Solid data modeling and trend analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate findings to varied audiences.
• Experience querying large datasets with SQL or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze data using advanced models to identify trends and insights.
• Develop visualizations to communicate complex data patterns.
• Present findings and recommendations to management.
• Support development of data-informed business models and improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align analysis with project goals.
• Prepare data-driven reports for technical and non-technical audiences.
