Job summary

RTB House is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst for its Bidding Platform. You will prepare analyses, design dashboards, and work with SQL and BigQuery to extract insights that drive real-time auctions across 90+ countries. Proficiency in Python (pandas) and BI tools is required, along with fluent Polish and English.

You will join a global tech team, collaborating with multiple departments on data-driven projects while supporting remote or flexible work arrangements in Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, CS, economics, or statistics.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in data analytics or BI.
• Solid understanding of fundamentals of statistics.
• SQL knowledge and practical experience with relational databases (BigQuery is a strong plus).
• Basic Python skills using pandas for data analysis.
• Strong data visualization skills with a BI tool (Looker Studio/Power BI/Tableau).
• Experience in creating data models and data exploration.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Fluency in Polish and English.

Business Intelligence Analyst (Bidding Platform)

Location: Poland (Remote/Flexible)

Its proprietary ad-buying engine is the first in the world to be powered entirely by Deep Learning algorithms, enabling advertisers to generate outstanding results and reach their goals at every stage of the funnel.

We are looking for BI analysts to join our Bidding Platform organization which is the core of the RTB business, processing over 20 million requests per second to participate in real-time auctions and display advertisements to customers from 90+ countries.

You will:

• Prepare business analyses and draw actionable conclusions from data.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports for key business stakeholders.
• Work with SQL and BigQuery to extract, transform, and analyze data.
• Use Python (pandas) in Colab for deeper data analysis and automation.
• Collaborate with other departments on data-driven projects.

Desired experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics
• At least 5 years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Solid understanding of fundamentals of statistics
• SQL knowledge and practical experience with relational databases (Google BigQuery is a strong plus).
• Basic Python skills, specifically using pandas for data analysis.
