Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
  • 0–2 years of data analysis or BI experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Working knowledge of SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication of findings.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, organize, and validate data from multiple sources.
  • Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities.
  • Create recurring and ad-hoc reports for management and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Use SQL to retrieve and analyze information from databases.
  • Use Excel or Google Sheets to perform calculations, analysis, and reporting.
  • Assist with forecasting, performance analysis, and business reporting.
  • Work with senior analysts and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
  • Monitor data quality and identify inconsistencies or errors.
  • Document analytical processes, reports, and data sources.
  • Present findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Support ongoing data and BI projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security when handling data.

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Working knowledge of SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Strong willingness to learn new technologies and analytical techniques.
Preferred
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or another data-visualization platform.
  • Basic knowledge of Python or R.
  • Familiarity with databases and data warehouses.
  • Experience with statistical analysis.
  • Internship or academic project experience involving data analysis.
  • Experience working with CRM, marketing, sales, financial, or operational data.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics tools.
Compensation & Benefits

The compensation for this position is $55,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience, technical capabilities, education, and qualifications.

Candidates with strong SQL skills, advanced Excel capabilities, dashboard experience, or relevant internship/project experience may be considered toward the upper end of the range.
