Visionaire Partners, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented data analyst to help integrate our product catalog by ensuring accurate product, pricing, and visual data for customers. The role emphasizes SQL querying, Python scripting, and Excel proficiency to support data workflows and vendor data validation.

The contract is 12+ months, on-site four days a week with one remote day, offering comprehensive benefits and opportunities to extend or convert to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional data analyst experience (internships welcome).
• Experience writing SQL queries from scratch.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
• Exposure to Python for scripting and automation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for cross-team collaboration.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets and break down into subsets to drive informed decisions.
• Write SQL queries from scratch to extract and inspect product data.
• Develop Python scripts to automate data workflows and validation.
• Review vendor Excel sheets and upload data into systems.
• Validate product pricing, visuals, and asset associations before site publication.
• Run diagnostic checks and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Participate in weekly vendor meetings to align on data standards.

Are you a detail-oriented analyst who loves solving data puzzles and making an impact?

Join our team to help drive the integration of the product catalog into our website by ensuring critical product, pricing, and visual data are accurate and ready for customers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and break down large datasets into manageable subsets to drive informed business decisions.
• Write custom SQL queries from scratch to extract, manage, and inspect product data.
• Develop Python scripts to automate data workflows, validation, and processing tasks.
• Review, structure, and verify incoming vendor Excel sheets for accuracy before uploading data into proprietary systems.
• Validate product pricing, visual aids, and asset associations within internal systems prior to final site publication.
• Run diagnostic checks, troubleshoot inaccurate data rules, and resolve inconsistencies (e.g., conflicting product attributes like glass door specifications).
• Participate in weekly vendor meetings to discuss data quality, address discrepancies, and align on data standards.

This is a 12 + month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to direct hire. The role is working on-site four days per week and working from home one day per week.
