Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a computer-related field is required.
• An associate’s degree in a technical discipline is preferred.
• Experience administering multi-user systems and networks is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration of cybersecurity platforms (EDR, SIEM).
• Assist with user account management, system monitoring, patching, and updates.
• Troubleshoot, resolve service issues, and maintain documentation.
