Job summary

Interclypse, Inc. is hiring for a cybersecurity-focused engineer to assist implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of enterprise security solutions in Maryland.

You will work under senior engineers to configure security tools, respond to alerts, and analyze incidents, while maintaining documentation and SOPs. Required are a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years as a software engineer or systems administrator, with at least 1 year in security technologies such as firewalls, IDPS,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field preferred.
• At least three years of experience as a software engineer or systems administrator.
• At least one year of experience with security technologies such as firewalls, IDPS, or endpoint security.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of cybersecurity solutions across the enterprise.
• Configure and troubleshoot security tools under the direction of senior engineers.
• Respond to security alerts and perform initial analysis of potential incidents.
• Maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures.
