Job summary

Interclypse is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity platforms administrator to oversee the operation, maintenance, and reliability of critical security systems in Maryland. The role includes documenting procedures, patching cycles, and mentoring junior staff to ensure uptime and best practices.

You will collaborate with engineering to plan upgrades and implement enhancements while maintaining compliance and operational excellence across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Education: a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
• General Experience: 8+ years in at least two of system analysis, system programming, application programming, or equipment analysis.
• Specialized Experience: 5+ years as a systems software specialist administering enterprise hardware/software and security platforms (SIEM, EDR, CSPM).

Responsibilities

• Lead administration, operation, and maintenance of identified cybersecurity platforms.
• Develop and maintain service documentation, SOPs, and patching schedules.
• Mentor junior administrators and coordinate with engineering for platform upgrades.
