Job summary

Hollstadt Consulting in Minnesota onsite is seeking a Junior Cybersecurity Analyst to support identity administration and security operations. The role focuses on managing identity and access, monitoring IAM activity, and assisting with incident investigations.

You will work with Active Directory, O365, ServiceNow, Sailpoint Identity Now, and other IAM tools while adhering to security and regulatory requirements. This is a hands-on, onsite position with 4 days per week schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and IAM concepts.
• Knowledge of security concepts as they relate to IAM.
• Knowledge of vulnerability scanning and reporting processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle to commute between job sites.

Responsibilities

• Administer the client identity platform and assist with management of the centralized directory and identity data.
• Support day-to-day operations of in-place security solutions.
• Assist with identification, investigation, and resolution of security incidents detected by security systems.
• Monitor and manage policies, standards, procedures, and controls to support security, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in the IAM system.
• Grant or deny access based on user role and privileges.
• Create and manage user groups in the IAM system.
• Enforce policies related to IAM.
• Monitor user activity in the IAM system.
• Report on IAM activity.
• Identify and address IAM issues.
• Coordinate with Information Security peers to resolve IAM problems.
• Support compliance testing and monitoring of regulatory obligations.
• Monitor and manage vulnerability reporting to address asset and application vulnerabilities timely.
• Participate in investigations into problematic activity.

Compensation

• $30.56 to $40.95/hour W2, dependent on skills and qualifications
