As a Customer Service Agent - Fraud Management (m/w/x), you are responsible for protecting and securing the heart of our business: our active vehicle fleet. Through your precise risk assessments, you prevent fraud before it occurs and minimize financial damage. In this interface role, you work closely with customers, authorities and partners to guide problem cases confidently through to successful resolution.
Risk & fraud prevention: You carry out thorough background checks on customers with risk indicators, actively prevent fraud and reduce payment defaults to a minimum.
Process optimization: With your daily insights and well-founded experience, you provide valuable input to our product managers and developers for the continuous improvement of our internal fraud detection processes and software tools.
Case specialist: You take over direct communication with customers in critical situations, manage extraordinary terminations and file necessary reports with the authorities when required.
Vehicle recovery & asset protection: You independently and efficiently organize the recovery of vehicles and, in close cooperation with authorities and logistics partners, ensure that our fleet is protected as quickly as possible.
Legal interface: You thoroughly prepare critical cases, ensure that all incurred costs are invoiced to those responsible, and act as the competent first point of contact for our external lawyers in legal proceedings.
Must-have:
An investigative and solution-oriented approach to complex challenges, as well as the ability to remain calm and professional at all times, even in difficult or unpredictable situations.
Strong structuring skills with an eye for detail, so that you always keep track of multiple critical cases running in parallel.
Excellent/fluent German language skills (C1/C2 level) as well as good English skills for confident communication with customers, authorities and the international team.
Nice-to-have:
Initial prior experience in fraud detection, risk management or demanding customer support.
Shared Success (VSOP Finanzbeteiligung): We win together. Through our Virtual Stock Option Program, you benefit directly from the long‑term growth in value and the success of FINN.
Fuel your Growth (1.500€ Weiterbildungsbudget): Standing still is not an option. With your annual development budget of €1,500 for training and seminars, you decide for yourself how to develop personally and professionally.
Family First (Kita‑Zuschuss & Flexibilität): We support you and your family. Benefit from a monthly childcare subsidy, exclusive access to kindergarten places in Munich and maximum flexibility to balance work and family life stress‑free.
Company pension scheme (bAV): We think about your future. FINN subsidizes your company pension scheme with a substantial employer contribution of 66%.

Health & mindset (sport & health): Your energy drives us. Benefit from a subsidized EGYM Wellpass membership for fitness and sport as well as professional mental health support.
Munich Office Life: Barista coffee at the push of a button, matcha and the legendary, mandatory fruit basket await you at our modern headquarters in Munich. On top, there is a daily lunch allowance for your midday meal.
