Cotton & Company is seeking a detail‑driven Production Associate to transform approved creative concepts into polished marketing materials for luxury real estate brands. You will learn production workflows and support both print and digital deliverables, collaborating with designers and account teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

This early‑career role emphasizes precision, structure, and growth within an in‑office studio near historic Downtown Stuart, FL.

Qualifications

Portfolio or work samples demonstrating layout, typography, image, and production skills.
Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Foundational understanding of typography, page composition, grids, color, image resolution, and brand consistency.
Strong proofreading, organization, file-management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist production team in producing print and digital marketing materials.
Adapt approved creative into multiple sizes, formats, and campaign applications while maintaining brand consistency.
Build and update brochures, flyers, advertisements, presentations, signage, and digital assets.
Prepare, package, and preflight files for print vendors, digital platforms, and websites.
