You will work with the Production Manager to support print and digital outputs, adapt designs across formats, and ensure accuracy before delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in graphic design or related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, image, and production skills.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong proofreading, organization, file-management, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Production Manager and team in producing print and digital marketing materials.
• Adapt approved creative into multiple sizes and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Build and update brochures, flyers, ads, presentations, signage, and digital assets.
• Prepare and preflight files for print vendors, digital platforms, and emails.
• Follow production specs for dimensions, bleeds, color, resolution, fonts, and formats.
• Proofread and review work for accuracy, alignment, and version control.
• Organize project files and assets using established naming conventions.
• Source stock imagery and perform basic photo retouching and color correction.
• Incorporate revisions accurately and communicate questions early.
• Collaborate with accounts, designers, and production partners to move projects forward.
• Use approved AI-supported tools responsibly to improve efficiency.
