Responsibilities include developing guided scripts and training materials for call center agents, testing email copy, incorporating client and legal feedback, and maintaining consistent voice and brand standards.

Formación

• Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Experience creating email copy and call scripts.
• Ability to collaborate with strategists, designers and tech teams.
• Must provide a writing sample.
• Familiarity with brand voice guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Craft clear, compelling, and strategic copy for target audiences.
• Develop scripts and training materials for call center agents with guidance from strategy and change management.
• Align messaging with campaign briefs and client direction with cross-functional partners.
• Develop tests for email copy and agent scripts, applying lessons to future campaigns.
• Incorporate client and legal feedback to finalize assets.
• Maintain and evolve voice and tone per brand guide.
• Conduct creative QA to ensure assets meet objectives and standards.
