SVN Cornerstone Commercial in Spokane, WA is seeking ambitious commercial real estate advisors. We provide personalized onboarding, a 16-week training program, access to Advisor X resources, and a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration to accelerate your growth. This is an independent contractor, commission-only opportunity.

Stipend or draw may be available for the initial three months for qualified candidates, and SVN offices are equal opportunity employers.

Qualifications

• A real estate salesperson license (or be in the process of obtaining one).
• Excellent interpersonal skills (both oral and written).
• The self-motivation and discipline to work in teams and on individual assignments.
• Intermediate computer skills including accessing web based email, database, and cloud based storage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Some college or equivalent entrepreneurial, military or alternative education experience
• A positive attitude and excellent work ethic
