Amentum is seeking a Junior Counterintelligence Program Assistant to support the DOE-IN contract in the Albuquerque, NM area. The role focuses on analytic CI support, data entry, and data coordination to facilitate reporting across the counterintelligence directorate.

Ideal candidates have a Top Secret clearance and 2–4 years in CI analysis, with strong MS Access and MS Office skills. English fluency is required, and a bachelor's degree is desirable.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• 2–4 years of Counterintelligence Analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of database systems, especially Microsoft Access.
• Experience with the full Microsoft Office Suite and scanning technology.
• Experience supporting an IC program and knowledge of EO 12333/12958/12968.
• Fluency in English.

Job description

Amentum is seeking a Junior Counterintelligence Program Assistant to support our U.S. Department of Energy and Counterintelligence (DOE-IN) contract. Positions will be based in the Albuquerque, NM area.

Responsibilities

Serves as CI Program Assistant, specific duties and functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Analytic support to the CI program.
• Provide data entry for various CI databases.
• Assemble and coordinate data in response to internal and external reporting requirements.
• Additional duties as assigned to provide analytical support across the counterintelligence directorate.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret Clearance
• Two (2)- Four (4) years of experience in Counterintelligence Analysis
• Individual must possess strong knowledge of database systems, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft Access and similar software
• Must have experience in using the full Microsoft Suite and scanning technology; individual must be an experienced data analyst
• Must have experience supporting a program within the Intelligence Community and working knowledge of Executive Orders 12333, 12958, and 12968
• Must have fluency in the English language and a working knowledge of computer systems.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college is desirable. Training in counterintelligence-related skills is also desirable.

Compensation Details

$70,000-$80,000
