About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, driven, and deeply curious attorney to join our fast-growing fintech team. This role is built for someone who is genuinely interested in the work and is someone who likes understanding how products function, how regulations apply in the real world, and how to move quickly without sacrificing rigor. If you’re smart, proactive, and enjoy solving hard problems alongside operators, you’ll thrive here. This is a unique seat for an attorney who wants to be close to the business. You’ll work directly with the executive team across multiple fintech verticals, building deep expertise across the full range of consumer finance and privacy regulation. In some cases, you’ll have the opportunity to weigh in on how emerging legislation develops through our industry relationships.

You’ll work directly with leadership across product, compliance, operations, and marketing to help build and scale innovative financial products. This is a hands‑on role where strong execution and intellectual engagement matter more than hierarchy.

This is a full‑time, in‑office role based in Santa Monica, California.
