Fun is seeking a Senior Counsel to drive commercial and transactional matters while expanding the in-house legal function across regulatory, governance, and employment issues.
You will own partnership agreements from client contact to signature and partner with GC to scale processes and templates as the company grows.
Capital markets are undergoing a fundamental shift. Assets that live in fragmented systems and manual workflows are moving onto blockchains -systems designed to move and store value more transparently and efficiently. While this unlocks more open and programmable financial systems, it also introduces significant complexity. For most users, interacting with this new infrastructure is still too difficult. Fun builds the infrastructure that powers consumer-facing fintech applications - handling onboarding, account access, and money movement so users can interact with blockchain-based systems as seamlessly as they do with traditional finance. For fintech builders, Fun provides a best-in-class onboarding and deposit stack that drives conversion and unlocks user growth. We operate at the intersection of financial infrastructure, complex engineering, and product experience.
We're looking for a Senior Counsel to join our legal team who is hungry to work as an all-purpose legal athlete, leading on commercial and transactional matters while touching on legal issues across the entire business. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you'll own the rapid lifecycle of our partnership and integration agreements - from client contact through signature - while growing into the broader legal function across regulatory, product, corporate governance, litigation, employment, and other special matters. We're looking for an exceptional lawyer who is sharp with people, intuitively orients around genuine legal risks and drafts clean and fast. This is a rare opportunity to work along-side and be mentored by a seasoned GC in the industry.
