Job summary

ProDims LLC in Kirkland, WA is seeking an experienced estimator to own takeoffs from drawings, maintain an internal cost database, and review owner-rep engagements. You will present findings in owner briefings and constructability reviews.

You will use Bluebeam Revu and estimating platforms like Sage or HeavyBid. A BS in Construction Mgmt or related field and a portfolio of public or institutional estimates are required.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Mgmt, Engineering or equivalent field experience.
• Fluent in Bluebeam Revu and one estimating platform (Sage / HeavyBid).
• Portfolio of public or institutional estimates.
• Written communication that reads well in a GMP letter.

Responsibilities

• Quantity takeoffs from drawings using Bluebeam / On-Screen Takeoff.
• Maintain and extend our internal cost database (18 yrs, 140+ projects).
• Perform independent review estimates for owner's rep engagements.
• Present findings in owner briefings and constructability reviews.
