Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Excel with VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS and Pivot Tables.
• Experience in cost controls, budgeting and cost forecasting.
• Excellent communication and ability to interface with multiple stakeholders.
• Hybrid role with weekly in-office presence in Pomona.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project budgets and tracking actual vs forecast costs.
• Forecast project costs for a portfolio of electrical infrastructure projects.
• Interface with Project Manager, Engineering, Procurement and Construction Manager.
• Communicate findings clearly and act as a team player.
