The role targets 2–3 years of restructuring experience, including Chapter 11 matters, with opportunities to work on complex in‑court and out‑of‑court restructurings for lenders and debtors.

Candidates will draft loan documents and restructuring pleadings, negotiate plans, and support first‑day motions and RSAs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in restructuring matters, including Chapter 11.
• Experience with out-of-court restructurings and workouts.
• Drafting loan documents and restructuring related pleadings.
• Bar admission in the candidate's preferred office location.
• Excellent academics and strong organization, writing, and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Join the Financial Restructuring Practice Group as a junior associate.
• Work on in‑court and out‑of‑court restructurings for lenders and debtors.
• Draft and negotiate loan documents and core restructuring pleadings.
• Support plans of reorganization, RSAs, first‑day motions, and Chapter 11 filings.
• Bar admission in the preferred office location.
