Winston & Strawn's New York office is looking for an associate to join the Financial Restructuring Practice Group. Candidates should have at least four years of experience with restructuring matters, including out-of-court restructurings and workouts and complex business reorganizations (Chapter 11) representing lenders and debtors. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated in-court and out-of-court restructurings for institutional and private credit lenders and large public and private companies across a range of industries. Candidate will have extensive experience including negotiating and drafting loan documents, exercising remedies and drafting core restructuring documents and pleadings, including plans of reorganization, restructuring support agreements, first‑day motions, and other chapter 11 filings. All candidates should have excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, analytical, writing, and verbal skills. All candidates must be admitted to the New York Bar.
