Qualifications

• 3–4 years of corporate, M&A, or transactional legal experience.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate engagement letters, NDAs, access letters, and deal-related documents.
• Review and negotiate vendor, consulting, licensing, and service agreements.
• Support compliance and KYC processes for investment banking activities.
• Provide practical, commercial legal guidance to senior stakeholders.
• Help drive legal innovation with AI and modern tech in workflows.
