- Join the Corporate & Business Transactions practice in Boston and work on M&A, private equity, governance, and venture finance transactions
- Advise clients on federal securities laws and compliance related to public and private offerings and stock exchange listings
- Support continued representation of clients in corporate governance matters and strategic transactions
