Key Responsibilities of the Corporate Attorney:

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to finalize a wide range of corporate and transactional documents
• Support private equity, venture capital, and general corporate matters
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate signatures and manage document execution
• Maintain transaction checklists and project tracking tools
• Additional responsibilities as needed to support deal flow

Qualifications:

• 1–4 years of experience practicing corporate law (law firm or in-house)
• Exposure to cross-border or international transactions is a strong plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency with legal tech and an ability to learn new platforms quickly
• Must be licensed and in good standing in the state where you will be working
