Cooley LLP’s General Corporate practice is recruiting 3L law students (JD 2027) to join the entry level class in our Boston, New York, Palo Alto, San Diego, San Francisco, and Washington, DC offices. We are recruiting 2027 JD graduates for this position.

This is an opportunity to join a preeminent corporate practice with exposure to matters involving public and private companies. The expected salary is $225,000.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing, oral communication, and analytical skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior corporate or transactional experience is helpful but not required.
• Ideal candidates will have high academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
