Cooley LLP’s General Corporate practice is recruiting 3L law students (JD 2027) to join the entry level class in our Palo Alto office, along with Boston, New York, San Diego, San Francisco, and Washington, DC.

You will work on corporate matters involving public and private companies in a preeminent practice, with strong training and collaboration across teams. The expected salary is $225,000, with a comprehensive benefits package.
