BCG Attorney Search is seeking an entry-level corporate associate to join its General Corporate practice in New York City. The role covers startup and venture capital work, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets for a range of clients from early-stage companies to publicly traded firms.

You will work with a collaborative team, develop strong analytical and writing skills, and gain exposure to transactional matters from day one.

Qualifications

• JD degree required.
• Bar eligibility to sit for the bar exam in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
