Job summary

The People Of: Professional Services in Las Vegas is seeking a junior corporate associate with 1–3 years PQE to join its corporate practice. The role involves handling M&A, venture transactions, and private equity work with direct partner mentorship from day one.

You will draft acquisition and investment documents, perform due diligence, coordinate closings, and develop client relationships. Nevada Bar admission is required (or you must be willing to sit).

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of corporate transactional experience (M&A, VC, PE).
• JD from an accredited U.S. law school; top academics preferred.
• Nevada Bar admission required (or willing to sit).
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review acquisition agreements, venture financing documents, and governance materials.
• Support senior attorneys on public and private M&A deals, investment rounds, and recapitalizations.
• Conduct legal due diligence and coordinate closings.
• Work with startups, VC funds, and established businesses on strategic transactions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and play an integral role in deal execution.
