Saylor seeks an innovative, sharp Jr Copywriter with experience in social media ideation, post crafting, social copywriting, content strategy, and creative development to join the Social team. The ideal candidate will be incredibly detail-oriented, a strong project manager, and intensely organized.

They are also exceedingly creative, collaborative, strategic, and obsessed with social media and pop culture marketing trends, especially in the travel and hospitality space.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media ideation and copywriting.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Ability to adapt tone across brands.

Responsibilities

• Heavy ideation for lo-fi to high lift social content.
• Ensure copy aligns with brand voice and strategy.
• Present ideas to clients and internal teams as needed.
• Write social and deck copy, manage community copy tasks.
• Help maintain visual language across campaigns and brands.
• Review assets before release and suggest improvements.
